Informed Mortgage LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control.

What we do

This site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Pages use real headings and landmarks, every control works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus, images carry text alternatives, colours meet contrast requirements, text can be resized to 200 percent, and nothing depends on motion, which is reduced automatically when your device asks for it.

Documents and third-party tools

Our online application runs on a loan-origination system provided by a third party. If you have trouble applying online, call us and we will take your application by phone or in person.
