I was told we could expect superior service, we experienced superior service + 100! Informed Mortgage certainly lived up to their name, we were informed along every step of the process, communication was exceptional, above any prior experience with other lenders/brokerages. There were hiccups along the way as a result of poor handling by one of two Realestate agents who were part of our purchase. If not for Informed Mortgage, some of those issues would undoubtedly have been disasterous for us. Informed Mortgage educated us on things our Realestate team should have informed us on but failed to do so. If not for Informed Mortgage, we would have been exposed to perilous circumstances with our purchase. We are grateful, and are now loyal customers!
