She even sit with you on phone calculate rate and length of loan with buying point and different situation or scenarios on what would be expected. I was able to lock down a very good interest rate with certain point buying at specific time before closing the deal before everything is shooting to 7%. She also inform you all the basic process from appraisal, setting up stuffs, mortgage, to even how to get around in the future with refinancing strategies.
