    Another loan completed with Matt. This was a tough one but Matt and team took us across the finish line. We had to reject the first lender because they changed the allowable LTV from 75% to 70% after the appraisal came in. Matt understood this was not going to work for my needs. So he transferred my file to a different lender. This worked out great because we were able to get 80% LTV. Thank you Matt and team.
