5 out of 5 stars. Andre L. from Google Easy to do work with! We recently had the opportunity to work with Mike Carvajal as part of a home purchase in South Jersey near the shore. Mike and his team were extremely easy to work with and made sure we understood the entire process throughout the mortgage process. He partnered with us, our realtor and the lender to quickly start gathering all of the necessary documentation needed for a loan decision. From start to finish we began the application and had approvals within one week. Mike was always available during the entire process for questions, support and worked to ensure that there were no issues or unexpected delays. We were out of state at the time of the closing and he and the team worked to make sure the closing took place and had someone come to us to complete the legal paperwork.
