    Outstanding service! Friendly and extremely professional. We hadn’t applied for a mortgage in over 43 years, Neil and crew took us under their wing and guided us throughout the entire process. Right from the start we sensed and were convinced of a trustworthy company and every individual we spoke to was equally patient and knowledgeable. Not only did Neil lead us in the application process, keeping us informed on a regular basis but his confidence put us at ease. In addition; talk about personal service, Neil met me at the house the day of the final walk through, simply to introduce himself and welcome us to the neighborhood . Wait there’s more: we are not from the area, Neil made a few contractor recommendations that were most useful to us. I highly recommend Neil and the Informed Mortgage team to any homebuyer.

In fact, when everyone else told us we had no choices left, and that we had to sell our house.. And we were in the middle of selling our house when i heard about Neil.
